Having in-house control over your design saves us time on your project by cutting-out unnecessary third-party architects or designers. We offer standard 3D presentations in all of our design packages. This includes 3 exterior elevations and 2 interior rooms of your choosing.

Land assembly

WHAT IS LAND ASSEMBLY?

Land Assembly is the act of purchasing multiple properties side-by-side for the purpose of developing that area into another form of housing such as townhomes, or multi-unit buildings. We work with existing home owners with large lots and investors who wish to invest in these types of constructions projects assembling land to increase housing supply in growing areas of Ontario. 

When working on these projects we offer homeowners the option to be included in the assembly usually offering above market price for their property, applying for development permits with the city and beginning severance.

Land Severance

WHAT IS LAND SEVERANCE?

It is the process of dividing a large parcel of land into two or more buildable lots.  We work with existing landowners or investors for planning and applications.

With the option of residential, commercial or mixed unit buildings we are able to build small communities. Rowhomes, townhomes, mid-rise condominium rentals and sales or mix-use properties are the most common combinations of development. We also take the lead on managing this development from beginning to end.

For homeowners looking to manage their renovation or their custom build on their own, but still want to consult a professional for guidance through tricky situations we offer consultation by the hour.
